1Anunnaki - the movie...

Well, I'm not sure if ye're all aware of it, but there's this dude called Jon Gress, who is making a movie trilogy about the Anunnaki, the ancient sumerian texts and all that. As far as I've understood it, it's been in development, shooting, whatever, since about 2003 or so, and nobody has heard from Gress since about 2006 now, so I don't know what's up with the film any longer, but at least, the site is still up.

The story, is, I think, about some archeologist in Egypt, who find evidence of the Anunnaki being aliens, and then, all of a sudden, a cruise missile strikes down his camp, out of the blue sky. That's the intro at least. Ah, well, take a look if you're interested, and I hope Jon Gress has not been abducted by aliens, and that the movie comes out soon (I have no patience whatsoever, so patience ain't a virtue in my eyes, hehe).

WOW, thanks Loxley! I had no idea! This looks very exciting, man I can't wait! But I worry, so much can go wrong. The Ratings Board are very hard on Independent Film projects and I wouldn't be surprised if they gave them trouble (many people don't realize that they can give any ratings they want to any film and are not at all accountable for their decisions (plus they're all members of the large film companies.) I hope it comes out! They were hoping to release it in 2007, obviously that didn't happen. I hope it gets released, and soon!

Oh yes!! This one will be great if it doesn't get squashed by those in the know...

No prob, y'all. I was pretty tired when I made this post, so that's why I didn't write to specifically about the movie. Anyway, I hope too, that it comes out soon, because it seriously is the second most anticipated movie on my list (number one, of course being the Metal Gear Solid movie, hehe). Then, when 1Anunnaki has come out, Gress will probably start working on 2Anunnaki. After all it's supposed to be a trilogy.


But, Gawd, I can't wait.

Underground....alien....base? (Yes, this IS drool coming from my mouth. Hey, Blue, why don't we have a drooling Emoticon?) Another movie I can't wait until comes out. Gawd, how I envy the actors in these movies who get to experience them before anyone else!

I would love to watch this on the big screen. Could have an even bigger impact than the Space Odyssey film.
