| Well, the title as always is pretty self-descriptive. Instead of, as I should have, watching Alex Jones movies and preparing for a new world order takeover, I've been thinking too much, and surfing too much on the Net, and the result is that I've decided to try and train myself to become ambidextrous, that is, to be able to use both hands equally great. Sounds cool, huh? Well, maybe not. Either way, I'm up for the try, because I want to be able to have one glass of tequila in each hand. Here's two links, the first being a blog to some guy, with the purpose of the blog being solely to map his process on his way to ambiddextricity, and the second being some tips and cute info for anyone who's interested in learning the Great Art of Ambi...amzi....the Art of Using Two Hands. http://pathtoambidexterity.blogspot.com/index.htmlhttp://www.mind-course.com/ambi.htmlI would have put the links sneakily imbedded in my own text, but I've noticed they're hard to find there, so I'll just post them like this this time. Well, I'll let you know how it goes, and let me know if you try it, too. It's pretty darn cool to be able to throw footballs at people with both hands. | |

| Wow. Not really interested, myself, but thanks for posting. I've never heard of this before actually. | |

| No prob. I actually think it's kind of cool myself. I know many people are born ambidextrous, or at the very least, taught it at a very early age, but I think I'll have a lot of trouble learning it as an adult. At the very least it'll take a lot of time. | |

| Hey good luck Loxley! Will you be teaching your alter ego as well? By the way, I was wondering if you meditate or have been hypnotised? When I am hypnotised both my arms seem to do things independent of each other...also happens during energy healing with me. One had moves in one way while the other writes symbols or moves in a totally different way. It feels weird cos I am not consciously moving either arm. They seem to take on a life of their own...in much the way your alter ego does...lol. | |

| Actually, I've tried to begin to meditate a little, but I still have a long way to go. And as long as I can avoid it I won't let anybody hypnotize me. Next thing I know then I might be taking crime sprees down Lollipop Lane, hehe. Either way I've got waaaaaay of a way to go before I can use my left hand to anything but as a loose-hanging meatbag. | |

| It might tie into using both sides of your brain. Me, I'm entirely right side of the brain. Wondering if that accounts for my eyesight problems in my left eye in some way. I know it's wise to use both sides, but I'm so right-sided. | |

| Hehe, actually, the same goes for me. Well, I don't know, since the left side of the brain controls the right hand and I am right handed, but I also use probably at least 70 % of the time, my right eye rather than my left. (There's a word for it, I know it in Swedish but not in English, anyway, I think it's correct to say my eyes don't function together, but rather separately, so I can "switch" from using one eye, to using the other instead).
MEh, you get my point.
Anyway, I'm working onwards on the whole ambidexterity thing. | |
