Wikipedia 9-11 Project

Ok ... wow ... I am an editor at Wikipedia (anyone can be) and I have just inquired about the page on 9-11, as it has no mention of it being an inside job (even as a possibility.) I asked if I could make a proposal sub-article for the conspiracy aspect (the page is locked), and I was just told I could submit one for consideration but I have to make certain that each statement has a reference source, and not only that, each reference source has to be very credible. So, I am about to start searching for credible sources which list evidence of 9-11 and assembling a list of facts which I can then articulate into a sub-article on the issue. I have a chance here to help get the truth out; Wikipedia is one of the biggest sites online. If I could get Wikipedia to acknowledge it...

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

There's a whole slew of sources on Wikipedia's "9/11 Truth Movement" article, so my advise is check there first and use credible sources that's been used there. Then, secondly, check out the 9/11 Scholars webpage, http://www.st911.org/ and see what you can find there. And thirdly, check out the 9/11 Conspiracies forum on www.abovetopsecret.com/ 'cause, you know, there's a lot of good info between the hundreds of posts in the subject, though it might take a little digging - and many of the people there are little less than geniuses on the subject.

Ok, thanks. I just spent a few hours looking at that Wiki page already actually, but I'll check out that forum tomorrow.

Well I posted it there for review, but so far it's only earned negative criticism for its length and sources. I worked hard to provide the best sources I could, the mainstream sources I had all disapeared (the sites/pages disapeared from the net.) When the mainstream shuts out a subject so thoroughly, it makes it really hard to reach people through any mainstream facet. Evidence and common sense don't seem to be as valuable as what is accepted true in the mainstream. Anyway, I might shorten it. Otherwise, not much else I can do. I tried anyway.

That you did. It's all we can do. And if they choose to trust the mainstream media even when they are blatantly lying you in the face...then that's their choice, and they will have to live with it. I'll wager our choice is easier to live with than theirs will be.

Well, anyway, let's hope they let it be posted on Wikipedia anyway. The truth finds a way, always, and if it isn't Wikipedia, then it will be somewhere else.

Seems that it has been rejected, partly because of its size but mostly because of the subject matter. After I posted it another person posted a short kiss-off for conspiracy investigators, and I made the comment that that's what it was. But it seems that's the one they're going with.

But yeah you're right about, in the end we can feel better for knowing that we at least tried.
